Information is available at reception or at the tourist information office on Rathausplatz or Bahnhofstrasse. Please also have a look at the sections Passau , Leisure activities , Events and Restaurants
- Internet
There is a free internet PC available for you at reception. There is a free WiFi connection in the room. You received the password for the WiFi with your room card. You can also simply scan the QR code on the display in the room. Your smartphone will then automatically connect to the WiFi and you do not need to enter a password.

If you have any problems with the in-house information technology (Internet access configuration, etc.), Mr. Maier will be happy to help you!

All our hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms! If this is not observed, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to 250 euros. A small terrace on the 5th floor is available for smokers.
- Organ concert
In the St. Stephan Cathedral in Passau from May to October on weekdays from 12:00 to 12:30, and on Thursdays (except public holidays) also at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the organ concerts are available in limited numbers from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the visit at the box office in the cathedral courtyard. There are no organ concerts on Sundays and public holidays.

Hotel garage € 20.00 per night - free parking in the coach parking spaces in front of the hotel from 6.00 pm to 9.00 am (Please note: The first four coach parking spaces are also reserved for coaches at night - follow the signs! Parking during the Danube cruise: We will be happy to arrange a garage parking space for you. The car can also be collected from the hotel. Please contact the reception desk

- Pets
Dogs ( small pets) are allowed (€15.00 per day). We ask that you do not take the Pets into the breakfast room. Breakfast with dogs is possible in the lobby. Please let us know.
